There was no hot water, the boiler didn’t work, we waited a couple of hours and the staff couldn’t solve the problem, but they didn’t warn us when checking in, it’s unfair that we were very tired from the trip and it upset me. The room is not very clean, but it is acceptable for Asia and a hotel for this price.
